“Our guide was great (Carl). He was flexible and when one of the sites was too crowded, he suggested that we come back to it a bit later do we could enjoy it more and take better pictures. There was a good mix of guidance and photo tips and then we would be free to visit the sites on our own. It was well paced and we didn't feel rushed. We couldn't see the Northern Lights on the last day and was rebooked for the next day (although the weather was still too cloudy). Great customer service and appreciate Arctic Adventures for trying their best to ensure our satisfaction. Will…”
