Sara was attentive, knowledgeable, extremely kind, and has a killer music playlist. On the glacier hike specifically, she gave clear instructions, reviewed safety guidelines thoroughly, and made sure everyone was wicked comfortable. I wish I had her as my guide for all my excursions. The HIGHLIGHT was it was my birthday and she kindly surprised me with a slice of cake along the way. So unexpected, but so grateful. I was really appreciative of that. HIGHLY recommend SARA!!!”

He explained everything we needed to know about safety, the history of the areas we visited, and was a generally a great person. I will tell you that it is very strenuous and you need to be in good shape. But the Glacier is beautiful, the scenery is fabulous. It's a small group tour, we had only 14 people.”

“We had an amazing 3 day tour with Gon Thor as guide.Gon was very warm and helpful throughout the trip. We went from seeing golden circle to ice cave to glacier hiking and it was all so worth it. Definitely a good recommendation if you want to experience iceland in 3 days.”

“What an amazing day! The falls were beautiful, the black sand beach was unique, but the glacier hike- unforgettable and stunningly beautiful! We are more “mature” in age than most of our fellow hikers, but had no issues in keeping up so don’t let that stop you from this once in a lifetime experience. Big thanks to Stephan, our host, he was fantastic! I cannot remember the names of the two young men at the hike, but they were outstanding as well.”

“Great trip with driver JK - we went down to Vik for lunch and then made way back. It is the best way for sure. Waterfalls are superb especially the hidden one - go in and stand on the rock! Side trip to see puffins - very very close!”
