“Viator handled the booking of this trip but they were totally incompetent at organising it. Viator arranged a pick up at a hotel at the opposite end of Reykjavik to where my hotel was. When is contacted them I was fobbed off with broken promises. I will never book anything with Viator ever again. The trip was very good but this was because it was actually handled, on the day, by a local company called Gateway. Our guide Gummi was excellent so knowledgeable. Visited some very interesting placed too”
