They had thermal overalls and rain jackets available to wear which was great and helped us stay warm through the boat trip and have great views on the deck. The guide was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot, and also had great communication about the whale spottings. We managed to see two humpback whales and several minke whales which was the highlight of the trip in Iceland. “This pickup had a late start due to some miscommunication prior to us getting off the ship, but Matthew was an excellent driver and quite easy-going. The big vehicle was comfortable and a smooth ride. We were 4 with 2 bags per person and there was plenty of room, even with 3 of the 4 being 6' and taller. The comfort Blue Lagoon entrance ticket was enough for our needs, but I wish we had the robe and/or brought an extra towel as BL only provides 1.
